On July 21, the City Council, as expected, approved (at its second and final reading), the ordinance amending the Wastewater Master Plan to “make the effluent available to those who present feasible applications to the City.” Language prohibiting any applicant’s resale of effluent, added last month, did not appear in the final version. The amendment will be posted here when the official version becomes available.
